ChatGPT 对话归档
本政策适用于浏览器扩展“ChatGPT 对话归档”（英文名称“Chat Archive — Conversation Export”，下称“本扩展”）。开发与维护者为 GitHub 用户 pu873967671-code，联系邮箱为 pu873967671@gmail.com。本扩展是独立第三方工具，与 OpenAI 无隶属、授权或背书关系。
本扩展在您的浏览器内读取、整理并生成对话导出文件，不将对话、附件或访问令牌上传至开发者服务器。为获取您可访问的内容，本扩展仍会与 ChatGPT 及其资源服务通信。“本地处理”不代表完全不联网，也不代表完全不处理用户数据。
1. 处理的数据和用途
- 对话和网站内容：在您发起扫描、导出或附件打包时，读取目标对话的标题、正文、角色、时间、当前对话地址，以及图片、附件、文件名、文件标识、类型、大小和资源链接，用于清点、生成 JSON、Markdown、PDF、PNG 长图及 ZIP 归档。您选择包含历史分支时，处理范围可包括该对话可读取的历史分支。
- 身份验证信息：为读取当前账号有权访问的对话和附件，临时读取 ChatGPT 登录会话中的访问令牌，并在向 ChatGPT 的授权请求中使用。会话响应可能包含账号基本信息，但本扩展仅为上述请求使用访问令牌，不要求您提供密码，不将该令牌写入导出文件或发送给开发者。
- 语言偏好：在扩展本地存储中保存您选择的中文或英文；首次使用可读取浏览器界面语言。该偏好不通过扩展上传或跨设备同步。
- 下载及诊断信息：为正确命名下载文件，临时关联本扩展生成的下载地址与文件名。归档报告记录文件保存结果、失败原因和校验值。匿名扫描诊断按设计省略正文、标题、文件名、文件 ID、下载地址和访问凭据；分享前仍请自行检查。
本扩展不专门采集定位、支付资料、健康资料、浏览历史列表或键鼠活动，不包含广告、行为分析或追踪 SDK。您选择导出的对话和附件本身可能包含您或他人的个人信息；这些内容会作为原文的一部分被处理和保存，不会被自动匿名化。
2. 权限的使用
- activeTab：确定用户当前要处理的 ChatGPT 标签页及其标题和地址。
- scripting：必要时向目标 ChatGPT 页面注入安装包内的内容提取脚本。
- downloads：为本扩展登记的下载设置正确的文件名；不用于修改无关下载。
- 站点访问：访问 chatgpt.com、chat.openai.com 的对话与会话接口，以及 *.oaiusercontent.com 上的图片和附件资源，用于完成用户请求的导出。
3. 网络通信、共享与第三方
请求对话和附件时，本扩展使用 HTTPS 与 ChatGPT 及其资源服务通信；这些服务会按其自身政策接收处理请求所需的信息。扩展不设置接收对话数据的开发者后端，不将导出内容、访问令牌发送给广告商、数据经纪商或分析服务。扩展所有执行脚本均随安装包提供，不下载并执行远程代码。
我们不出售用户数据，不将数据用于个性化广告、模型训练、信用评估或贷款判断，也不将其用于与对话导出无关的目的。除您主动联系支持并提供的信息外，开发者不会通过扩展收到或查看您的对话。
如果您主动发送支持邮件，您的邮箱和邮件内容会由邮箱服务商处理，并由我们用于回复及处理该请求。请勿发送访问令牌、密码或不必要的敏感内容。您可通过上述邮箱请求删除您主动提供的支持资料。
4. 保存期限、删除与控制
处理中的对话、附件和令牌主要保留在浏览器运行时内存及临时下载对象中，可能持续至相应页面、扩展上下文关闭或浏览器释放资源；本扩展不建立持久化的对话或令牌数据库。语言偏好会保留至您更改、清除扩展本地数据或卸载扩展。
导出文件保存在您选择的本地下载位置，由您自行保管和删除；卸载扩展不会删除已下载文件。扩展不为导出文件额外加密。文件可能包含原始对话、来源地址或附件资源链接，请在分享前检查。云盘同步、浏览器下载记录及备份是否保留副本，由您使用的浏览器、系统和第三方服务设置决定。
您可以不发起导出、移除扩展的站点访问权限，或卸载扩展来停止后续处理。取消 ChatGPT 登录或在其设置中管理会话，受 ChatGPT 自身机制控制。
5. 有限使用承诺
本扩展对用户数据的使用遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策，包括 Limited Use（有限使用）要求。数据仅用于提供用户请求的对话清点、导出、附件归档及相关支持，不用于无关用途。
6. 本政策网页
本页面由 GitHub Pages 托管，无登录表单、追踪脚本、分析服务或外部字体。访问页面时，GitHub 可能为提供托管服务和安全防护处理 IP 地址及请求日志，详见 GitHub 隐私声明。访问本页面不会向我们提交您的 ChatGPT 对话。
7. 更新与联系
扩展功能或数据处理方式变更时，我们会更新本页面的日期和内容；如新增数据用途，会更新相应披露并在需要时取得同意。隐私问题及支持资料删除请求，请联系 pu873967671@gmail.com。
Chat Archive — Conversation Export
This policy covers the browser extension “ChatGPT 对话归档,” also named “Chat Archive — Conversation Export” (the Extension). It is developed and maintained by GitHub user pu873967671-code. Contact: pu873967671@gmail.com. This is an independent third-party tool, not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by OpenAI.
The Extension reads, prepares and generates exports in your browser. It does not upload conversations, attachments or access tokens to developer-operated servers. It does communicate with ChatGPT and its resource services to retrieve content you can access. Local processing does not mean that no network requests or user-data processing occur.
1. Data processed and purposes
- Conversations and website content: When you request scanning, export or attachment packaging, the Extension reads the target conversation’s title, messages, roles, timestamps and source URL, plus images, attachments, filenames, file identifiers, types, sizes and resource URLs. These are used for scans and JSON, Markdown, PDF, long PNG and ZIP exports. Selecting previous branches may include readable historical branches of that conversation.
- Authentication information: The Extension temporarily reads an access token from your current ChatGPT session and uses it in authorized requests to ChatGPT to retrieve conversations and attachments accessible to your account. A session response may contain basic account information, but the Extension uses the token only for these requests. It does not ask for your password, write the token to exported files or send it to the developer.
- Language preference: Your Chinese or English selection is saved in the Extension’s local storage. The browser interface language may be read to select an initial language. The Extension does not upload or synchronize this preference across devices.
- Download and diagnostic information: The Extension temporarily associates its generated download URLs with filenames to name exports correctly. Archive reports record save results, failures and checksums. Anonymous scan diagnostics are designed to omit message content, titles, filenames, file IDs, download URLs and credentials. Review any diagnostic file before sharing it.
The Extension does not specifically collect location, payment or health information, browsing-history lists or keyboard/mouse activity. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. Conversations and attachments you select may themselves contain personal information about you or others; such information is processed and saved as part of the original content and is not automatically anonymized.
2. Permissions
- activeTab: Identify the current ChatGPT tab, its title and URL for the requested operation.
- scripting: Inject the packaged content-extraction script into the target ChatGPT page when necessary.
- downloads: Assign correct filenames to downloads registered by this Extension, not modify unrelated downloads.
- Host access: Access conversation and session endpoints on chatgpt.com and chat.openai.com, and images and attachments on *.oaiusercontent.com, to fulfill your export request.
3. Network requests, sharing and third parties
Conversations and attachments are requested from ChatGPT and its resource services over HTTPS. Those services receive information needed to handle the requests under their own policies. The Extension has no developer backend that receives conversation data and does not send export content or tokens to advertisers, data brokers or analytics services. All executable scripts are packaged with the Extension; it does not download and execute remotely hosted code.
We do not sell user data or use it for personalized advertising, model training, creditworthiness or lending decisions, or purposes unrelated to conversation export. The developer does not receive or view your conversations through the Extension, except for information you voluntarily provide when contacting support.
If you email support, your address and email content are processed by the email service provider and used by us to respond to and handle your request. Do not send access tokens, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. You can contact us to request deletion of support materials you voluntarily provided.
4. Retention, deletion and your controls
Conversations, attachments and tokens being processed are primarily held in browser runtime memory and temporary download objects. They may remain until the relevant page or extension context closes or the browser releases resources. The Extension does not maintain a persistent conversation or token database. Language preferences remain until changed, local extension data is cleared or the Extension is uninstalled.
Exports are saved to your chosen local download location and remain until you delete them. Uninstalling the Extension does not delete downloaded files. The Extension does not add encryption to exports. Files may contain original conversations, source URLs or attachment resource URLs; review them before sharing. Copies retained by cloud synchronization, browser download history or backups depend on your browser, operating system and third-party settings.
You may refrain from starting exports, remove site access or uninstall the Extension to stop future processing. Signing out of ChatGPT or managing its sessions is subject to ChatGPT’s own mechanisms.
5. Limited Use
The Extension’s use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide requested conversation scanning, export, attachment archiving and related support, not unrelated purposes.
6. This policy website
This page is hosted on GitHub Pages and has no login forms, tracking scripts, analytics services or external fonts. GitHub may process IP addresses and request logs to provide hosting and security, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement. Visiting this page does not submit your ChatGPT conversations to us.
7. Changes and contact
When functionality or data practices change, we will update this policy and its date. New data uses will be disclosed and consent obtained where required. For privacy questions or deletion requests concerning support materials, contact pu873967671@gmail.com.
